My husband and I recently moved back to Newfoundland and with Rhonda’s assistance the whole process went off without a hitch. Because we were out of province, we relied heavily on her to do many things related to the purchase of the house which we couldn’t physically do ourselves. Usually, we wouldn’t even have to ask her. We had the pleasure of being introduced to Rhonda Caldwell during our transition and move from Calgary to St. John’s. We originally were working with a local company to find a house to rent, when that company closed business it was a true blessing in disguise! We found Rhonda via the internet as we look at houses on MLS. I have never met a realtor who took such time and personal care of us during our visit to St. John’s. Rhonda made us feel like we mattered and understood how important it was to find a home we loved. I believe strongly that Rhonda is more of a guardian finding the right home for people than a realtor. She takes her business personal and treats people the way they should be treated. Several months ago my husband passed away and as the days went by I found it increasingly difficult to live in the condo we owned. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do, but decided that I would check the housing market just to see what was available. I made a phone call to Remax Realty seeking an agent who would take me around for showings, knowing that I wasn’t fully committed to sell or to make a purchase.
I was referred to Rhonda Caldwell.
Rhonda proved to be an exceptional Real Estate Agent and a great person to work with. She understood fully what I was going through and was able to take me to several showings to help me make up my mind. While I eventually did sell my condo and purchase another one, Rhonda de-stressed the whole experience. She went the extra mile with me - nothing was too much trouble for her and she even provided excellent contacts for home inspections, painting, a contractor, etc., etc. Rhonda is very knowledgeable in her field and she always returned my messages or phone calls very promptly.

We have been fortunate to work with Rhonda on two different occassions. We were living in Bermuda and wanted to build a new home to move back to and Rhonda was the only real estate agent out of about 10 we had telephone conversations with or sent e-mails to that showed true interest and dedication to us. She went out of her way to find a contractor who had the land and was able to build the house that we wanted. With the issues that arise with building a house from afar, Rhonda went out of her way to do what needed to be done to deal with the contractor and deal with the smaller stuff. When we came back to Newfoundland for the closing, we were very happy with the service we had been provided by Rhonda.
